Wai Shu Ning
Shu Ning is an experienced clinical dietitian with over eight years of expertise in clinical nutrition especially in the areas of malnutrition and weight management. She holds a Master of Dietetic Practice from Bond University, Australia, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List for academic excellence.
She began her career at National University Hospital (NUH), where she played a key role in nutrition screening, assessment, and intervention for a wide range of medical conditions. Her dedication and contributions to the field earned her the NUH Allied Health Commendation award in 2023.
Beyond clinical work, Shu Ning has actively mentored students and junior dietitians, sharing her expertise and guiding the next generation of healthcare professionals. She has also conceptualised and implemented several nutrition programs surrounding healthy eating, reinforcing her commitment to nutrition education and public health awareness. In addition to her clinical and mentorship roles, Shu Ning has contributed to the field of dietetics through research, having published research papers in the field of obesity and kidney disease.
